Settings --> Accounts --> Access work or school. This should lead you to the screen which will show the work or school accounts you have. Once I clicked on the account which kept giving me pop-ups, it gave me the button I needed to click on: Disconnect. It gave me a pop-up warning to verify that I truly wanted to disconnect from it.
